At Jamie Kay, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
